Jaclyn Steinmann, MS

Professional Counselor Associate

I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, depression, and especially obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Working with clients who struggle with OCD is deeply meaningful to me, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help them reclaim their lives and develop effective strategies for managing intrusive thoughts and compulsions. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies that are customized to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Beyond my clinical work, I am passionate about supporting people in creating holistic wellness. I believe in the powerful connection between the mind and body, which is why I incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into my therapeutic approach. Yoga has been a personal source of healing for me, and I love sharing its transformative benefits with others. Additionally, cooking and nutrition is another of my favorite passions. I find it to be a creative and grounding practice that brings both nourishment and joy to my life and to those around me.

As a mother, I understand the importance of balance, self-compassion, and patience in the journey toward healing. I bring these values into my work, offering clients a nurturing, empathetic space where they can explore and address their challenges. My goal is to help you not only overcome obstacles but also cultivate a life of peace, purpose, and lasting change.

Whether you are seeking support for OCD, anxiety, or any other emotional struggles, I am here to guide you on your path to healing and growth.
