Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive clinical experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. Over the course of his career, Chris has worked in outpatient behavioral health clinics, school-based settings, and private practice, providing individual, group, and family counseling to diverse populations.

Chris specializes in treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, and relational concerns. His approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Drawing on his clinical background, Chris tailors treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs and goals, empowering them to develop practical skills for lasting emotional growth and resilience.

With a master’s degree in counseling and ongoing professional training, Chris is committed to staying current with best practices in the field. He believes in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and motivated to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Outside of his clinical work, Chris is passionate about mental health advocacy, community engagement, and promoting wellness across all stages of life. His dedication to fostering strong therapeutic relationships is at the heart of his work, helping clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and unlock their full potential
